Teams have been seeded based on last years standings. New teams were randomly selected to pool A or B.
After the December 20th draw, the bottom 3 teams from the A pool will be dropped to the B, and the top 3 teams from the B will be moved up to the A.
Teams will play a round robin against each team after Christmas to determine A and B league winner.
In the event of a tie, the record between the two teams will be used to break it.
